- Plan and schedule production runs to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Communicate timely, complete and accurate production plan & information to management and other relevant functions (via ERP, report, email, instant message, phone, meeting…).
- Supervise production staff to ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards by implementing measures requested by QA QC team, and conducting regular checks.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of raw materials and finished products.
- Train production staff on the use of equipment and the implementation of quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including the sales, Business Support, Workshop, Accounting and QC teams in HCMC and in Nha trang to ensure that production schedules align with sales forecasts, customer demand and financial requirements.
- Participate in the development of new products and production processes.
- Ensure that all production-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology & Processing
- Age: 30-40 years old
- At least 5-10 years of experience in food production, with demonstrate planning and managing workers
- Adept at quickly generating reports and addressing inquiries
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Experience in international standards with ISO 22000 and HACCP
- Familiarity with production equipment and processes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good command of English is a plus.
