- Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
- Perform data entry and ensure data integrity
- Develop and generate HR-related reports using the SuccessFactors HRIS system
- Assist with the implementation of new SuccessFactors HRIS features and upgrades
- Provide training and technical support to HR staff and end-users
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations
- Work with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the SuccessFactors HRIS system meets the needs of the organization

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SuccessFactors HRIS management and administration
- Experience in SucessFactors (SAP) Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruitment & Appraisal Modules
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in the SuccessFactors HRIS platform
- Experience generating reports and analyzing data in the SuccessFactors HRIS system
- Proficient in English to communicate with SG Team members, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
