- Data entry to assist with property assessments.
- CRM Management
- Meeting scheduling, attendance and minutes taking.
- Follow up on Document submissions.
- Calendar organization for the Director
- Compiling reports for the Director as required
- General administration duties for the Franchise Development team
- Communications with industry stakeholders
- Make phone calls to candidates as part of the on-boarding process.
- Make phone calls to property third parties to assist in progressing negotiations

- Bachelor's degree, any field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Administration/ Sales Administration or related fields; real estate-related experience is an advantage.
- Have planning and organizing skill, and good teamwork spirit.
- Meticulous with good level of accuracy and attention to details
- Flexible, honest, and hardworking
- Knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Good computer skills (especially Excel).
